We are pleased to announce the “Pastors’ Commission to the Capitol”, a bimonthly event held February through April that is designed to give pastors the opportunity to greet and meet legislators, staff, and lobbyists. Coffee and light refreshments will be served from 8-10 a.m., and a resource table with literature to distribute will be available. Your part is to welcome guests and initiate conversation with them that will spawn opportunities to either share the Gospel or encourage them in their walk with the Lord. It’s an open forum to interact with and get to know those who are serving you in our capitol, and it is our desire that this initial contact flourish and develop into deeper relationships with lasting, spiritual fruit in their lives. We are only allowing two pastors on a given day, openings to participate are very limited and will fill quickly. Therefore it is important that you indicate which week you would like to attend.
