FRANK ERB

State Director, California

Frank Erb is a third-generation Californian who has lived throughout the Golden State, in both Southern and Northern California, in the sprawling suburbs and also in a small town.

He became a follower of Jesus Christ as a teenager and quickly developed a passion for helping others to know and follow the Lord also. Since then, he has served in a variety of pastoral ministry positions, including as a youth pastor, college-age pastor, church-planting pastor, senior pastor, and since 2008 as a pastor to the California State Capitol community.

Frank is a graduate of Talbot School of Theology at Biola University near Los Angeles (M.Div, Highest Honors) and has been ordained by two church associations. He also holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science and worked for years as a software specialist for a major aerospace corporation supporting clients around the world.

He loves all aspects of pastoral ministry, including teaching, speaking, writing, and personal coaching. His greatest joy is helping people, especially leaders, to know and closely follow Jesus Christ, to the glory of God.

Frank has been married to his best friend, Valerie, since 1988. Valerie is a high school teacher and public speaker, with a gift for inspiring teenagers and young adults. They have two teenage children, and greatly enjoy their time together, especially traveling and exploring nature. They thank God for all His blessings.
