As you pray for our ministry with Capitol Commission, please remember these items. We are so grateful for your interest and faithful encouragement to us.

Praise the Lord with for a great time at the Shepherds’ Conference at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. From March 2-7, all of our state directors and national board members were present and enjoyed the fellowship, training and fantastic preaching and music. What a privilege to be on this team of dedicated men who have been called to their states’ capitol communities. We love it every time we get together to share, pray and renew our vision for the future.

By the way, if you would like to access media resources from the conference, go to and scroll to the bottom to the “Media Vault”. I would recommend Steve Lawson’s message from Job 1, “The Invisible War” (an audio download) from March 5.

Some of you have been praying for Pastor Tim Webster and the folks at Uniontown Bible Church following the death of Tim’s wife, Lara. God’s care has been evident for them and I’m sure our continued prayers for them and their ministry there in Carroll County are always needed. Tim and his three children have much adjusting to do, but are relying on God’s grace each day. It was an honor to attend Lara’s memorial celebration service and hear her husband preach the gospel and worship her Savior.

Please pray for our family as well. Tracy’s step-father, Doug Gletner, went to be with the Lord yesterday. We will surely miss him and his quiet smile. Doug faithfully supported us in our ministry and we’re grateful for how he took care of Tracy’s mom. Thank you for remembering us and the many adjustments this will bring in the days ahead.

With the snow we had in February and the conference, I have missed getting over to Annapolis as often as last February, but God controls everything, including our schedules. I’m still meeting with folks who are very accepting to our ministry and am so glad for the chance to teach God’s Word in the capitol. Please pray for continued favor in this community of needy people. The session continues until April 12.

God bless you all. Spring is coming!
